Raid Efficiency

During progression nights our goal is to get as many quality pulls on the bosses as possible.  To achieve this do not release after a wipe unless instructed to do so as there are some bosses that take much longer to run back to and some classes are faster than others.  After everyone is resurrected make sure to eat and rune ASAP and a ready check will go out.  After everyone is ready the pull timer will start so we can attempt the boss again.  This is to keep the night moving quickly and to squeeze as much raiding into the night as possible.  We will take one 10 minute break at approximately 9:30 CST, any other breaks will only be in rare cases of needing to replace a raider with someone on the bench.

Due to the 1.5 hour period in which raid starts and the first break begins we expect all members to be ready to raid for 90 minutes straight. If this means that you have to go to the bathroom or get a drink before raid do so before invites go out.  We will not wait for anyone to take a bio break, and if you absolutely need to leave your raid spot will be filled.  You are not guaranteed to get this spot back afterwards.  If your reason for leaving is important enough that you must force the guild to break then it is also important enough to be done raiding for the night.  After a break is over it is expected that all members of the raid be ready to begin pulling immediately.
